Hi there viktoria-charmse,

 

It's important that all your transactions are entered correctly for your books to be well balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help create and send invoices to your customers. I can provide some information about entering overdue fees.

 

While there isn't a feature to specifically manage late fees, you can add late fees as an item, then add it to invoices like the steps in this article.

How is this not a feature yet!!! Just set up interest accumulation on overdue invoices.

Thanks for joining us here.  I can see how beneficial being able to setup and apply late fees in QuickBooks Online.  Although you can manually add them as a line item, the option to automatically have them applied is currently not available.  If you would like to see this in future updates, please don't hesitate to submit a suggestion to our Development Team.  Customer recommendations are greatly appreciated, in assisting with improving your overall experience with QuickBooks Online.
