Hi there sunpreetg6,

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community. You're in good hands here. I know that sometimes the features you've once used are no longer as useful to you, so it's important that you know how to turn them off. Luckily, it's fairly easy to turn off the Receipt Forwarding feature that you're referring to in QuickBooks Self-Employed, so I'll give you a hand with that.

Here's how to turn off the Receipt Forwarding feature:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account using a web browser, not the mobile app.
  2. Choose the Gear icon and click Receipt Forwarding.
  3. Uncheck the box that reads Email me when QuickBooks receives a receipt
  4. Hit Done when you've finished.

You'll still have the option to send your receipts to QuickBooks from the verified email address that you added, but you'll no longer receive confirmation emails from QuickBooks. If you'd like to remove your verified email, you'll want to check in with the QuickBooks Self-Employed support team to see if you're able to have it removed. Here's how to Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support

Take care and don't hesitate to reach out if more questions arise!
