How would a weekly sales receipt change if I downgraded to Easy Start subscription (as opposed to the Essentials with a reoccurring weekly sales receipt transaction)

Welcome to the Community! It's important that you have the best QuickBooks Online plan that best fits your needs. I can provide some information about recurring transactions and downgrading your plan.

With QuickBooks Online Easy start, there isn't the option to create recurring transactions. You would have to create a sales receipt when necessary. I can see that having this feature in QuickBooks Online Easy start would be beneficial to you. I recommend leaving feedback by navigating to the Gear icon and selecting the Feedback option. Theses comments are reviewed and considered by our developers as they create new features for QuickBooks. Downgrading to Easy start wont affect the previously entered sales receipts, it will only prevent you from using the recurring transactions feature.
