Question

I added all my sales receipts under invoices. Do I have to delete and then reenter them as sales receipts or is there a way to change them without losing all that info?

Based on the details you've shared, you'll have to manually delete the unwanted entries and re-enter them correctly by either uploading individually or by using the import function offered in QuickBooks.  Here's an article that shows you how to: Import Data.


You can also expedite/simplify the process of transferring your data using a third-party data migration app. I recommend looking into third-party apps on our app store using this link. You can search for an app using the app name or by entering keywords you're looking for the app to have as features.
