I added all my sales receipts under invoices. Do I have to delete and then reenter them as sales receipts or is there a way to change them without losing all that info?

Based on the details you've shared, you'll have to manually delete the unwanted entries and re-enter them correctly by either uploading individually or by using the import function offered in QuickBooks.  Here's an article that shows you how to: Import Data.

You can also expedite/simplify the process of transferring your data using a third-party data migration app. I recommend looking into third-party apps on our app store using this link.
