Question

I added another user to allow them to forward invoices from their email account but they are still receiving a default bounceback message from quickbooks.

I am the Primary admin and I am able to forward email invoices from my account into quickbooks no problem.

Welcome to QuickBooks Community!  It sounds like you're referring to the QuickBooks Online Receipts feature, to email receipts and bills.  I'd be happy to provide some insight here!

 

Although you can give users permission to forward receipts, it's important to note that the user must at least have standard permission with suppliers, in order to send receipts and bills.  I suggest reviewing the user roles and access rights, to ensure they're set up with the suppliers.  If they're still experiencing the same result, please contact us outside of Community so we can review the situation in more depth, and escalate it accordingly as needed.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
