Question

I am creating a custom invoice style on work and uploading it to QBO. However, when a customer signs an invoice on the QBO app, it does not appear. How can I fix this?

Hello acct20,

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Having the ability to import your custom forms is a dynamic feature.  Providing your customers with their invoice and enabling an electronic signature, secures the identity of the form received.  I'd be happy to provide some insight here!

If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser, to see if you get the same result.  To review the invoices, I recommend logging into your QuickBooks Online account from a web browser.  To review your invoices follow these steps;

1. Open Sales from the left menu, then Invoices

2. Click on the history icon in the top left

3. Scroll down to View more

4. Locate and select the invoice you want to review

Should you require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us outside of Community.  With your consent, we can work with you in real time, and review your situation in more depth and ensure you're able to accomplish your QuickBooks goals without delay!

Feel free to reach back out with other questions.  We would be glad to help!
