Hi there,

Seeing duplicate payments in your QuickBooks Online account is something you should certainly look into. I'm glad you've reached out for support. I'll help get you back on track.

It sounds like the payment may have been recorded twice. I recommend looking into your Audit Log to review any transaction that's been recorded for that dollar amount. You can search the amount in the Audit Log by clicking the Gear Icon > Audit Log. If you locate a duplicate transaction that doesn't belong, simply delete this from your QuickBooks account and run your report again.

Another thing to look into on your report is the date range. Ensure you've selected the appropriate dates for your report to display the necessary information.

You should also check your account for any recurring transactions that may have been set up. You can locate a list of all recurring transaction templates by clicking the Gear icon > Recurring Transacitons.

If you're still seeing duplicate transactions on your report, follow the steps in this helpful article: How to find duplicate transactions.

If you've tried all of the above steps and you're still not sure how to resolve this duplicate payment appearing in your account, please don't hesitate to reach out to our phone support agents at 855-253-1536 from Monday - Friday, 9am - 8pm EST, and Saturdays 9am - 6:30pm EST. Our agents have the ability to remotely share your screen to help you navigate your account in the troubleshooting process.

Let me know if you have any other questions for me. I'm here to help.

Cheers!
