I am looking up one of my estimates. Computer is stuck thinking and estimates won't show up

Welcome to Community!  It's essential that you're able to view your work in QuickBooks Online effortlessly. I'll be glad to assist!

 

Based on the information you've shared, I recommend clearing cache.  This will enhance the overall performance on your system.  If you get the same result, try another browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari or Edge.  I'd also suggest using a private or incognito browser.

 

Follow these steps to look up an estimate;

 

1. Select +New from the left menu and then Estimate

2. Click on the History icon in the top left (looks like a clock)

3. Scroll down to View more

This will show your estimate history and you can locate the desired form from here.
