Hi there,

Your invoices are an essential part of your records and it's vital you're able to see them. Don't worry, I'll be happy to give you a hand with accessing them.

Since you're losing the invoices, there's a way to check why there are not where you saved them. You can do this through the Audit log. The Audit log allows you to see the changes made to your books and who made them. It also tracks user login/logout activity, changes to settings, customers, suppliers, and employees. Since you're looking for what happened with the transactions, review the following steps for further instructions.

Here are the steps on how to access the audit log:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Audit Log.
  2. Select Filter.
  3. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  4. Select Apply.

I encourage you to check the audit log and see what happened what happened to your saved invoices. If you're not seeing the invoices in the audit log, there's a chance that they weren't saved. To prevent this, I recommend making sure you're saving the invoices and refreshing your screen to verify.
