Hello,

I am so sorry you are facing this issue. I would be more than happy to offer some pointers. Not being able to access your company file that holds your information may be due to incorrect log in credentials being used.

If you are unsure if you have more than one log in credential, you can try doing a password resent and sometimes this will show you your multiple log in credentials in a encrypted format. I find this helps me remember which log in credential is linked to the company file I want to see.

To assist you with a password reset in hopes it shows you your log in credentials, please follow the steps below:

https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/intuit-account/reset-your-password-or-recover-your-user-id-for-quickbooks/00/262217

If you have more than one log in credential there will be a list of log in credentials listed in this email. One of the log in credentials should be linked to your original company file that holds all your information.

The second reason you cannot access your company file is that it was cancelled and has not been activated in over 365 days in which Intuit will delete the company file. For more information on inactive company files over 365 days old please reference the link below:

https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/cancel-products-or-services/cancel-your-quickbooks-online-subscription/00/262444

If for whatever reason you get stuck on any of the steps you can now request a callback feature right inside your QuickBooks Online to speak with an Intuit QuickBooks Online customer support agent during regular business hours to help you:

https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-ca/intuit-account-settings/using-the-call-back-feature/00/368117

I hope this helps! Have a great rest of your week.

Best Regards,
Lourdes F.
