Question

I am trying to build my first estimates and cannot figure out how to get the customers name, address and info all same location. It only seems to show their address.

Welcome to Community!  I can understand the importance of having your customer's information and location on your estimates for tracking purposes.  In QuickBooks Online, you can setup and use location tracking to ensure your information's complete on your sales forms.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

Location tracking is only available in QuickBooks Online Plus.  If you need to upgrade your subscription for this feature, follow these steps:

 

1. Click on the Gear in the top right and select Account and Settings

2. Choose Billing and Subscription

3.  Click Upgrade and follow the prompts

Once you've upgraded, you'll need to set up location tracking.  

 

If the above steps have already been taken and you're not seeing the location on the estimate, you'll need to review the form.  Here's how:

 

1. Select the Gear in the top right and choose Custom Form Styles and then Edit

2. Click on Content and then the Edit icon to the far right of the top section

3. Fill out the required fields and hit Done when completed

Note:  You can edit locations from this page by clicking on the hyperlink.
