I am trying to create an invoice and it is populating with an invoice form 2019 - how do i update this as i have done invoices in 2020

Creating invoices is made so simple in QuickBooks Online. It's so important that you're able to create a new invoice without any old information automatically populating the form. I'll help you sort this out so you can move forward creating your new invoice. 

It sounds like your browser is including memorized information. In order to remove this stored data, try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser. These are the stored Internet files that build up over time and they can cause bugs in QBO and other sites. You can also try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private window that runs independently from the main browser, and it helps diagnose browser-related problems.
