I am trying to email a copy of an invoice showing the styles , quantities and price

Showing your styles, quantity, and price on your invoice can add a personal touch which makes your business stand out. With QuickBooks Online, you can easily customize the Standard template which is used as default for many forms including Invoice. To do so:

1. Select the Gear icon
2. Select Custom Form Styles
3. Select Edit on the right of the Standard form line
4. Make the desired changes to the Design, Content, and Email
5. From the Content tab, you can check mark the Quantity box and edit the others. 
6. Select Done
