Question

I am trying to enter a new invoice but the info from a previous invoice is preventing me from entering the new info, how to solve this glitch?

Based on what you've described, you may have the "Automation" feature activated in your settings. This feature will automatically fill out information based on the last saved transaction for that customer, employee or supplier. You can turn the automation feature off by following these steps:

 

1. Head to the "Gear" icon and click on "Account and settings"

2. Click on the "Advanced options" tab

3. Locate and select the "Automation" section

4. Toggle Off "Pre-fill forms with previously entered content"

5. Hit "Save" then "Done"
