I am trying to snap receipts and create expenses from said receipts. And, I am continuing to get errors saying I need to check it again or use the computer

Welcome to Community!  Uploading your receipts to QuickBooks Online with the snap receipt feature is a great way to keep your books up to date.  Getting an error when trying to create the expense is concerning.  I would be glad to help!

 

If you haven't done so already, I suggest uninstalling the app, then reinstall it to see if you experience the same result.  However, I do see that other QuickBooks customers are also reporting the same issue.  I also suggest plugging your phone into your computer, or send the screenshot to your email, and try to upload it from there.
