Question

I am unable to attach files/documents to estimates, etc. I am wondering if this is happening to others, or why it is occurring. TIA

Hi Raisedconcrete,

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to attach necessary files to your forms prior to sending them to your customers from QuickBooks Online.  I'd be happy to help!

Based on the information you've provided, there's a few things that may cause the message you're receiving.  First, I'd recommend clearing cache to eliminate a possible browser issue.  Accumulated history can sometimes cause unexpected behavior.  I also suggest trying other browsers such as, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, private or incognito.

I'd also suggest reviewing the file types to ensure they meet the specific requirements.  Acceptable file types would be; PDF, JPEG, PNG, DOC, XLSX,CSV, TIFF, GIF or XML.

This should do it!
