Question

I am working in QBO Accountants edition and after the recent update I have lost the "save" button on all forms, any suggestions.

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to save your work in QuickBooks Online.  I'd be happy to help!

 

When you don't see the full view of your QuickBooks Online page, there are a few things to check.  I suggest taking a look at your browser's zoom settings.  In addition, I recommend reviewing the display settings on your computer.  Here's a detailed guide to assist you with these areas.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
