I can generate invoices but customer didn't get payment option when customer open the link it says contact me

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Payments is a dynamic way to securely email an invoice to your customers with the option to Pay Now.  This enables them to pay upon receipt, using a credit card or Apple Pay.  When the option isn't available for your customers, it's important to know why.  I'd be happy to provide some insight here!
