I can not access our monthly invoices from Intuit. I follow the instructions up to Select Billing Subscription tab. but there is no View Payment History hyperlink

Welcome to QuickBooks Community.  It's a pleasure to see you here!  QuickBooks Online subscription invoices can be accessed within your account when you login as the Primary Admin.  I'd be happy to provide more information so you can view your invoices seamlessly.

 

In addition to how you log into your QuickBooks Online account, your subscription fee is prorated, so it's always for the following month.  If you've recently signed up for QuickBooks Online, your current invoice may not be available until your next billing period.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference.  Your monthly invoices will also be sent to the email address provided on your account.
