I can not sign in after receiving confirmation I have paid. States there is an error in my payment yet I have a receipt

It's important to me that this is sorted out so that you can log in to your account and start or get back to taking advantage of how QuickBooks can help you with your business's books.

 

For issues with subscription and billing, the best thing to do is contact our QuickBooks Online support team outside of the QuickBooks Community forum. Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
