It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online Payments is a valuable way to ensure your customers pay on time.  It's important that you're able to provide them with the option to 'pay now' directly from the invoice they receive.  I'd be happy to assist!

 

Please be advised that the payments feature is only provided for Canadian customers at this time.  After signing up for payments, you'll need to make sure the the invoice setting are calibrated, to ensure the payment methods appear when creating an invoice.  

 

Here's how to check your invoice set up;

 

1. Open your Settings ⚙ , then select Account and Settings

2. Select Sales from the left menu

3. Navigate to the Online Delivery section and click on the Edit 📝

4. Ensure that the additional options ▼drop-down is set to Online invoice

5. Click on Save, then Done.

 

In addition, it's important to note that if you're using the QuickBooks Online mobile app, there are some limitations.  Therefore, in order to send the payment link to your customer, I recommend logging into your QuickBooks Online account from a web browser.
