I cannot remove the shipping field from my invoices. I have never had it as an option and no matter how many times i change and save an invoice, it pops back up

Having only the fields you need on a form to your customers ensures your forms aren't cluttered and that they only have the information they need. Looking in the custom form options is a great place to start with this sort of scenario, and I have another place you can look to turn off the shipping field on your invoices. I'll show you where to look.

While the custom form styles are great for designing and personalizing your forms, there's another place you can look to enable and disable certain fields that could appear on your forms: QuickBooks settings. Here's how to find and turn off the shipping option.

1. Select the Gear icon.
2. Choose Account and settings.
3. Click the Sales tab.
4. Click the pencil icon on the Sales form content section.
5. Uncheck the box for Shipping.
6. Click Save.

After this, your forms shouldn't have the shipping section anymore. Give it a shot and let me know how it goes!
