I change the invoice numbersing system to reflect year I am operating in. how do I change it for my new year?

Sometimes it's necessary to change the date format and I'll be happy to show you how. QuickBooks is a versatile program that helps you manage your accounting with ease. 

In order to change/edit the date format on your account, click on Settings > Account and Settings > navigate to the Advanced tab > Other preferences > from here you can customize the date format to your liking. It's important to make sure your changes are saved so you can continue to navigate the program with peace of mind.
