Hello again louisahadden,

It's great to have you join us again. Printing your transactions can be useful for various reasons, whether it's that your customer prefers the paper copy or you're looking to have copies for your own records outside of QuickBooks Online. I know things being printed out of order can cause some extra work for you, so I want to make sure things are just as you need them.

When it comes to the printing options for transactions, there's not much that's controlled in QuickBooks Online. While you can customize your transactions, add the specific details and numbers they need, and choose print when you're ready, that's about as far as it goes. Once you hit print, the program syncs up with your browser or other printing options if you're using the app and goes from there. In light of that, things printing out of order is more likely an issue with the printer rather that QuickBooks Online.

All the same, I've got some troubleshooting steps for QuickBooks Online that may help. Since it's a cloud software, how well it functions can be affected by things like temporary Internet data in the cache or just the platform you're using. I recommend trying these steps one at a time to see if it resolves the issue.

If that still doesn't set things right, I recommend touching base with the support team for the printer's manufacturer. They might have some insight into what's going on and will let you know how to proceed.

I hope you're able to get this sorted out. Feel free to stop by and share what the resolution was later.

Have a great rest of your day.
