I currently have a QB Desktop Pro and would like to link it to my QB Payment account to accept credit card but whenever I try to, it shows me "Cant reach this page"
I currently have a QB Desktop Pro and would like to link it to my QB Payment account to accept credit card but whenever I try to, it shows me "Cant reach this page".
I have tried doing this 2 ways:
1.) is through Customers > Add Credit Card Processing > Link Merchant Account to company file
2.) Home > Receive Payments > enter credit card info > process visa payment when saving > Link to an existing Quickbooks payment account
Both goes to a page saying "cant reach this page" or "navigation to webpage was cancelled"
Is there any way around this so I can accept credit card payments?
