I don’t have the option to select certain dates on my invoices any longer I have for the last three years but since QB made some changes I don’t and no response from QB

It's important that all your information is correctly entered in your invoices so that they can affect your books accurately. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you create and send invoices to your customers so they can pay you for your services. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with these invoice dates.

 

If the invoice dates aren't being able to be populated correctly, one possible cause would be browsing data. These temporary files can affect any cloud-based software like QuickBooks Online. You can try these steps to resolve issues caused by browsing data:

 

If the error persists, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to best assist you in making sure those invoices have the correct dates added to them. You can reach them with these options:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
