I don't know how to take the money out of QuickBooks when someone pays their invoice through the online payment option.

Help! Someone paid their invoice through QuickBooks online and now I don't know how to get the money into my bank account.

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online Payments is a dynamic feature that enables your customers to pay directly from the invoice they receive.  I'd be happy to provide more information here!

 

After your customer makes payment, QuickBooks deposits the funds into your bank account you registered during the sign up process for QuickBooks Payments.  This generally takes three to four business days.  However, if you're new to payments, the first payment may take a little longer while your accounts are set up.

If you're unable to locate a deposit, please contact us.  Our Customer Care team will work with you directly and look into your situation in more depth, from their end.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
