I entered an invoice and hit save and close. Can't go back in-have to log out

It's important that all your transactions are entered into your books in a timely manner so that you can get back to running your business. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of your transactions to see the financials of your business. I can provide some information about entering transactions.

 

One possible cause for having to log out after entering each transaction would be browsing data. These temporary files can accumulate in your browser, computer as well as network and cause errors on any cloud-based software like QuickBooks Online. You can resolve issues caused by browsing data by using these steps:

 

 

If you still aren't able to enter the transactions due to logging out after every transaction, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team using these steps in order to have them view the error with you, troubleshoot further as well as notify our engineers of the error:
