I had about 5 overdue invoices. I refreshed my data and found that all 5 had disappeared and when I found them, they were all sold. What happened and how can a fix that?

Welcome to Community. It essential that your invoices are correctly recorded in your books so that you can get back doing what you love. QuickBooks Online is a great program that gives you the ability to simpy track your sales and expenses. I'd be glad to point you in the right direction regarding your overdue invoices.

This type of issue can be caused by browser cache and cookies as they can prevent the system from functioning effectively. I'd encourage you to refer to the following steps to complete some browser troubleshootings.
 

• Clear browser cache.
• Try in a private browser window.
• Use another browser type.
• Make sure you're using supported browsers.
• Turn off any ad and popup blockers temporarily.

Once you have cleared your cache and cookies, I encourage you to follow these steps to remove payments applied to invoices.

1. Click on Sales on the left navigation menu.
2. Select All sales.
3. Click on the payment.
4. Select  More.
5. Click on Delete and then Yes.

This will allow you to keep overdue invoices until you receive payment.
