Hi jesdyckbiz-gmail,

It's vital to correctly record your invoices in order to keep your books up to date. QuickBooks Online is a powerful program that offers the ability to simply track your sales and expenses for your business. I'd be glad to point you in the right direction to find the invoice.

First step would be to verify in the invoice appears in the customer's profile. To do so, you can click on Sales or Invoicing on the left navigation menu > select Customers tab > choose the name your customer and see if you can view the invoice on the list. You can click on the Filter drop-down menu  > under Date > choose All dates.

One of the reasons you can't see the invoice is if it has been deleted. You can view all the activities performed in the account to verify if the invoice has been created and deleted. I'll explain how.

  1. Click on the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Under Tools, Select Audit log.
  3. Customize All users, All events and choose your Date.
  4. Go through the Event column to find the invoice.

Also, I encourage you to complete some browser troubleshooting steps as browser cache and cookies can impact the functionality of the system.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be one message away.
