I have a customer that uses "Harvest" to track project time. It has a stop-watch system which tracks time and then transfers to invoices. Anything like this in QBO?

While there's no stop-watch similar to the one in Harvest, there's a third-party app called TSheets which you can use. TSheets allows you track time to the minute, calculate payroll accurately and you can do it all in one place. You can learn more about how it works using this link here.
