Question

I have a payment under review but did not receive any details. What does that mean?

A transaction has been paid but is under review. Says to consult e-mail but I have not received one.

Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks Online makes it simple to keep track of your transactions using the powerful features in the program. I'll be glad to share more info so you're on the right track with your work. 

 

Based on what you've described, it sounds as though you're using QB Online payments. If that's the case, it's important to note that your funds are deposited within 5 business days after your first payment. However, going forward after the first payment, it takes two business days. I recommend checking your junk or spam folder for the email that you're referring to. Sometimes, QuickBooks emails are delivered into those email folders instead of the main ones.
