I have a supplier who is also a customer. QB does not allow me to set him up as both. How can I invoice him as a customer?

When you have a supplier who's also a customer, you'll notice a message that appears as a warning, indicating the customer or vendor already exists.  In this case, you can continue to enter them as a customer by adding an identifier to their name, such as a middle initial or an asterisk at the beginning or end of their first or last name.  This will then allow you to proceed with the entry.  Here's a helpful guide for reference.
