I have an invoice that say it was paid and deposited but there is no payment in my bank account.

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us via the Community. It's essential you're able to see the funds reflecting in your bank account and I'd be glad to steer you on the right path so you can achieve your QuickBooks goals. 

 

To make sure we're both on the same page, are you using payments? There's a possibility that the funds may have been deposited into an Undeposited Funds account in QuickBooks. You can double-check this by opening the payment in QuickBooks and verifying the Deposit account which was used.
