Question

I have created a new invoice template and designated it as the default template, but the old template is still being called up with the Invoice function.

Hi usergr8weatherstatio,

It's great to hear that you've been using the customization options in QuickBooks Online to add your personal touch to your sales forms like invoices. I know how making sure these forms meet your brand image can help you stand out, and I want to make sure the program is calling up the right template for you. I'm here to help.

When you set a customized form as the default style, the program should use that one moving forward when you create a new invoice. It sounds like that's not what's happening, so I'd like to take you through some troubleshooting to make sure the QuickBooks cloud isn't hung up on old data or browser issues. I recommend going through these one-by-one to see if they make a difference.

If those don't do the trick, connecting with a member of our tech support team is the next best step. You can share with a member of our team the steps you've already taken, including the troubleshooting you've already tried, so that they can learn about your situation and determine how to reach a resolution. There are a few ways to reach out, so feel free to pick whichever works best for you.
