Question

I have eight receipts stuck in being reviewed mode. How can I get them unstuck?

Hi sam-gabrail-teka,

 

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Receipts feature is a great way to save valuable time, tracking and recording your expenses.  Once you've uploaded the receipts, QuickBooks creates a transaction for you to review.  I'd be happy to provide more insight here, so you can get back to business as soon as possible!

 

Once you've uploaded your receipts, you can edit them, add them to an account or match them to existing transactions in the Receipts tab.  Here's a helpful guide for your reference, to ensure you've taken all of the necessary steps to complete the process.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Hi Trish, 

 

Thanks for getting back to me however I Believe there is a bug here. 

 

It is stuck processing the info. It's probably unable to scan the receipts. 

 

It says extracting info from your eight documents

 

When I click on it it shows me eight receipts and at the top it says extracting info from these documents.

 

Under bookkeeping and receipts
Then under For Review 
 
I see a few successful ones that the system has extracted info from
 
At the top I see 8 being processed
 
These are stuck. The system can't extract info from them
 
There is no way to get the system to scan them again and extract info to get them ready for me to review
 
These receipts are usually emails I forwarded to QBO Or ones I snap with the phone app

Hey sam-gabrail-teka, Thanks for getting back to us. If the receipts are stuck, you can select the receipts and delete them in batch then try uploading them again. If the issue persists I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community, as they will have the ability to work directly with you. They also have the appropriate tools to create a ticket to get the issue resolved if they feel it is necessary. You can reach them by following one of the methods provided above.
