Question

I have not setup cc payments but my customers invoice gave the option and now they say the payment came off their card but I have no way to receive this money.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payments is a dynamic way to enable your customers to pay directly from their invoice.  It's essential that you're able to receive the funds in a timely fashion.

 

When you sign up for QuickBooks Payments, the payment options will be available on your customer invoices.  When creating an invoice, you'll check the box for the payment methods.  However, in your situation, where you've indicated that you're not subscribed to this feature, it becomes concerning.  In this situation, the best course of action is to contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. They will be able to work with you in real-time, and review the issue in more depth, and ensure you're able to receive the funds from your customer without delay!
