Question

I have one particular customer (email address) in which my emailed invoices have stopped being delivered to, how do I fix this issue?

Thanks for reaching out. Sending e-invoices through QuickBooks Online is a great way to optimize your invoicing process and maximize your cash flow. I'll be happy to assist you with this.

 

Given that you were able to send invoices to this particular customer address before and other customers can receive your e-invoices, I'd recommend reaching out to the email provider to find out if there's any server issues or block on their end. If not, you can ensure your browser or app is running the program as designed by following the troubleshooting steps in this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online
