Question

I have received payment from my client, they paid last Friday, July 15. It has been 5 business days, the two payments aren't in my account yet. How long for processing?

How long does it take to process payment into your account from the date an invoice is paid? I have had credit card payments processing only take two days, how long for processing if a client pays through their bank?

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  I can see how concerning it is when QuickBooks Online Payments processing is longer than expected.  I'd be happy to point you in the right direction so you're on the right track with your QuickBooks goals!

 

Most payments are deposited the next day.  However, if you process the customer payment before 3PM PT, you'll see the deposit in your bank account the next business day.  Any payments processed after 3PM PT are deposited in two business days.  Based on the information you've provided, I recommend contacting us outside of Community.  This will enable us to work with you directly and look further into this from our end.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
