Question

I have set up my buisness address, and it is the same as legal address. However for some reason the postal code won't display on my invoices. How do I fix that?

Hi guardianenterpri,

 

Welcome to Community!  It's important that your full business address is reflected on your forms, in QuickBooks Online.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

I appreciate the time you've taken to ensure your company address and business address are complete.  In addition, follow these steps to customize your forms;

 

1. Open your Settings and select Custom form styles

2. Click Edit from the Action column for your default form

3. Select the Content tab, then the Edit 📝 for the header

4. Click on +Address and complete the fields

5. Hit Done
