Hi there bakersnurseryca,

I'm glad to have you as a member of the QuickBooks Online family! Making sure your customers are set up correctly is key to managing your books properly and it's exciting that you have customers who work with you in other currencies. I can help with managing your customer list and making corrections as needed.

Once you set up a customer with a currency, that currency cannot be changed, which it sounds like you've discovered. In these cases, you'll need to make the customer with the wrong currency inactive and then set up the customer again. There isn't a way to delete the customer, but making them inactive removes them from your active lists.  I recommend you deleting any transactions for that customer if needed to make sure your books balance properly.

Take a look at the following article to learn how you can manage your customer list, including making customers inactive in your books: Manage your customer list

Give the steps in that article a shot and let me know if you have more questions. I'm here to help.
