Hi mohsin-k,

The QuickBooks Community is a great place to connect with other users and get your questions answered. I want to help get your template looking like you've customized it to look.

When you Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online, you can make it your default form if you want to use the customized form. In your invoice, click the micro-gear and check if the correct items are checked.

If you don't see the expected results in QuickBooks Online, it may be as simple as clearing your cache and cookies. To troubleshoot your internet browser, follow these basic steps:

You might be required to log out or back into your QuickBooks Online account, and when you do, check to see if the issue has resolved itself.

If you're still experiencing the issue, I suggest reaching out to a support agent for further troubleshooting. You can contact a support agent in one of these ways:

Phone: Call us at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat
Social MediaFacebookTwitter, and Instagram.

I'm sure you'll be back on track in no time. If you have any other questions, I'll be here to help. Take care.
