I just transferred over my PayPal account to quickbooks and discovered that 'video.com' has been taking money from me since January. They were not visible on PayPal

Sounds like you'll want to get a hold of PayPal support and find out who these people are, and why they're entitled to your money.

Welcome to the community family! It's great you're taking advantage of the Bank Feeds feature in QuickBooks Online to automatically download your transactions in your books. Knowing what's going on in your QuickBooks Online account is important. I'll be happy to share more on this.

After you connect your bank or credit account in QuickBooks Online, the program uploads your recent transactions for you to review, exclude, or add. The Bank Feeds only uploads transactions present on your bank statement. If any transaction looks suspicious, I'd recommend reaching out to your Bank and Paypal as well in this case.
