Question

I'm getting this error when importing invoices "When an invoice has multiple rows, enter the same invoice number in every row that's part of that invoice."

I have already successfully imported hundreds of invoices but am now receiving this erro message.  I have rebuild the .csv file from scrath, suggested by other community members. I have 980 lines of data (less than the 1000 max).  Also, I have tested the just importing one invoice and am getting the same error message. What do I do?

To get started, I suspect you may be experiencing browser-related issues that can cause issues such as the one you've described. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies.
