Question

I'm in Canada and when I try to take a credit card payment through the App, there is no option for a Postal Code and only shows a ZIP code. Is there a solution for this?

If your QuickBooks Online account is asking for you to enter a zip code than it sounds like you may have made it using the American website. I encourage you to contact us outside of Community for personal assistance. Our Customer Care team will be able to take a closer look at this. Here are some options available to reach out to our team.

 

  • Phone: Call us at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.
  • Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
