Question

I'm in Canada with a client in the UK. It's being refused when they try to pay their invoice with a credit card. To my knowledge, nothing has changed on my end. Thoughts?

Thanks for reaching out to us here. I'd be happy to provide some information.

 

At the moment QuickBooks Online Payments only accepts Canadian credit card. This would be the reason you're customer isn't able to pay their invoice with their credit card.  I can see how being able to accept payments out of Canada would be beneficial for you, so I recommend submitting feedback by heading to the "Gear" icon and selecting the "Feedback" options. These comments are viewed and considered by our developers as they create new features and updates for QuickBooks.

The strange thing is the client in the UK paid successfully last year. I have it registered in QB.
