I need help to mach my current account balance to my quick book balance. I have analysed everything and it is okay. i also need help to input previous recipts paid

Welcome to the QuickBooks family! It sounds like you're just getting started in QuickBooks Online and I'm happy to help you get going in the program.

Matching your banking balance and your QuickBooks balance is a matter of making sure that the transactions hitting your bank account are also entered into your books. This is true whether you're using QuickBooks Online's banking feed connection or simply hoping to reconcile your accounts.

If you're using the bank feed connection, you can easily add or match transactions from the feed to your books. When you're not using that connection, you can use the features available in the +New icon to add to your books. When you're entering your transactions, simply ensure that you're choosing the correct date and other details and you'll be set.

As for entering your older receipts, there are a couple of ways to do this. You can manually enter them through the +New icon like I highlighted above, or you can consider the Receipts tab feature. Learn more here: Capture and categorize receipts and bills
