I reconnect my square app in QBO but September 2022 Invoices onward are not sync automatically, what to do to resync those invoices.

Welcome to Community!  I appreciate you reaching reaching out to us about syncing your data from Square.  However, QuickBooks serves as a receiving channel for your Square transactions.  How the entries are downloaded depends on the connected app.  In this situation, the best course of action is to consult with Square directly, to get the support you need to transfer your data to QuickBooks Online.  You can connect with them here
