Question

I transition to an Apple phone from Android today. The QB app does not show unpaid invoices only overdue ones, even after changing filer status to open, can anyone help?

Hi there, @shoaibsiddiqi. I can share with you some troubleshooting steps so you can see the unpaid invoice on your apple application.

You must be able to see your unpaid invoices using your Apple phone. Since you're having a hard time locating the transactions, you can try resetting your app's data to isolate the issue.

Here's how:

  1. Select the menu at the top right and then choose Help & Feedback.
  2. Then select Refresh Data and Refresh.

In your phone settings:

  1. From your phone's settings, select Settings.
  2. Click on General and choose iPhone Storage
  3. Select the QuickBooks application. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

Once done, review your invoice transactions. If you're getting the same result, you can proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling your QuickBooks app.

Otherwise, you can sign in to your account through any supported web browser to see your unpaid invoices. Use this link as your reference to find out what computer and browser you need for the best experience when using QuickBooks: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, Payroll, and QuickBooks Self-Employed.

When you're ready to record the payments, use this link as your reference: RECEIVE PAYMENTS.
