Hi tavaresm,

Importing a custom form is a fantastic way to ensure that your brand identity is represented exactly how you want on your invoices and estimates. Sometimes things go wrong and the imported forms don't turn out as expected. I'll go over some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue.

Files and images stored in your browser's cache and cookies may cause issues with certain capabilities within QuickBooks Online. To determine if this is what's causing your custom estimate to appear as blank, please go through the list of browser troubleshooting steps below.

If you're still experiencing the issue after giving those steps a try, reaching out to our support team is the best next step. Not only will you get one-on-one support from an experienced agent, but they also have the tools to do a screen share with you to help walk you through some additional troubleshooting steps in real time. You can contact support by calling 1-855-253-1536 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST from Monday to Friday

I know you'll get this sorted out and be back to business in no time!
